What Vorta is
One venue for the years before the bell.
Private companies now stay private for a decade or more. The value created in that decade is real, and almost nobody can reach it. Vorta puts that window onchain: a single place to join a raise, hold a tracker token, and trade it before the company ever rings the bell.
The asset
Tokenised price exposure to the best private companies in the world.
Join a fixed price raise set to the last published mark, wait through escrow while the reference mark is confirmed, then hold the token in your own wallet, with a defined reference event written in for the day the company finally rings the bell.
The venue
Traded on AMMs, permissionless, around the clock.
Liquidity lives in automated market maker pools on Robinhood Chain that quote around the published reference mark. The market never closes, and no one has to let you in.
